Biography

Sofia concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, representing clients involved in various business disputes in both state and federal courts. Recently, she has worked on cases that include business tort claims, such as fraud, tortious interference with contractual relationships, and breach of fiduciary duty, contractual and intellectual property claims as well as other types of litigation relating to business entities, including civil RICO actions, and trade secret thefts.

Prior to attending law school, Sofia competed in the heptathlon, repeatedly placing as a Big East medalist. A heptathlon is a seven-even contest for female athletes that consists of the 100-meter hurdles, the high jump, the shot put, the 200-meter dash, the long jump, the javelin throw, and the 800-meter run.
