Oliver represents clients across the United States and Canada in complex business matters, including general risk assessment, as well as in both plaintiff and defense litigation. More specifically, Oliver’s client base is primarily made up of successful entrepreneurs/rapid growth companies of all sizes and from multiple industries.
Regarding litigation, since 2001 Oliver has represented clients from two dozen states and multiple provinces and has acted as lead trial counsel in the courts of New York, Delaware, Texas, California, Florida, Colorado, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Arizona, Ohio, Illinois, Oregon, Washington, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
